Our Terms Of Business

Orders

Orders received by 10am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery within the UK.  Should we have any queries with your order or due to availability, we will contact you by telephone to discuss any changes. Should we be unable to contact you, we will leave a message or e.mail asking you to get in touch before we dispatch an order. A Saturday delivery is available upon request, please phone for details.(01503) 269 076

Your Fish

Your fish will be vacuum packed in a protected atmosphere and will be sent in a temperature controlled box. 

Delivery

The courier will require a signature so please ensure someone will be available to receive your order.

Payment

We process your card transactions here in our accounts department to ensure the safest possible method. We will charge your card only on dispatch of your order. A copy of the credit card receipt & invoice will be enclosed in your parcel.

Weights & Prices

 Prices shown are per kilogram and each pack is weighed individually. All pack weights shown on the website are an approximation.
